About the TacPrac Knives
![]() TacPrac (tactical and practical) Series This is a new category of Nealy knife currently being developed to fill the working knife niche. Unlike our minimal MCS knives, designed specifically for concealability and self-defense, the TacPrac knives will be built with more utility in mind. The steel is slightly thicker and they are more substantial in the hand, offering a confident, comfortable grip. Like our MCS knives, the TacPrac knives are carried in our MCS II sheath (up-dated, improved version of the MCS) and can be concealed in various positions on and off the body. Weve named the first model in this series after a workhorse called the Noric. This horse has been bred for approximately 2000 years in the alpine piedmont of Austria and is described as having quality, toughness and endurance. Weve built those attributes into our Noric knife. The meatier handle, with Grip-Guard G-10 slabs, provides an ergonomic grip for the day-to-day user. Not only can it be carried with you all day, but it can work all day, as well all the while providing the protection and security youve come to expect from a Bud Nealy tactical knife. Check back with us from time to time, as I will be adding new designs to this series. |
